Soccer Coaching 2000 are introducing Two-Factor Authentication

To ensure the ongoing protection of your Parent account, and any personal information within it, we are encouraging all parents and legal guardians to secure their account with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). 2FA secures your account by requiring additional factors to your login.

How to activate 2FA

Before following these steps you will need an Authenticator app installed on your phone, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator app available from the Android or iOS store.

1. Using a secondary device (ie. Laptop, Tablet, Desktop or another Phone), Login to your Soccer Coaching 2000 account and then press the ‘Manage 2FA’ option.

2. Scan the QR Code with your authenticator app on your phone. If you don’t have access to a secondary device, some authenticator apps also allow you to copy and paste the code displayed underneath the QR code.

3. Enter the verification code displayed on your authenticator app into the Verification code field and select the Activate Button.

It is advisable to download the recovery codes if you lose access to your authenticator app. Each recovery code can be used only once.

Now you have 2FA activated on your account! Each time you login to your Soccer Coaching 2000 account, you’ll need to enter your username and password as usual. You can then easily copy and paste (or type in) the code displayed on your Authenticator app into the 2FA field on our website.

You can also deactivate 2FA anytime by going to the ‘Manage 2FA’ option displayed in your Account page.
